Your privacy matters to me. This page explains, in plain language, what information I collect on patrickmunoz.com, why I collect it, and how I take care of it.

WHAT I COLLECT
– Your name and email address, when you book an appointment, buy something, contact me, or sign up for my newsletter.
– Details you choose to share with me, such as your goals for coaching or notes on a booking form.
– Order details, such as what you bought (for example, the Daily Practice Kit or the Accent: American audiobook) and when.
– Basic website information, such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and how you found the site. This comes from cookies and similar tools (see below).

I do not collect or store your full credit card number. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors.

WHY I COLLECT IT AND HOW I USE IT
– To schedule and confirm your coaching sessions, and to let you know about any changes.
– To deliver what you bought, including digital downloads and audio files.
– To answer your questions and stay in touch about your coaching.
– To send my newsletter, if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
– To keep the site working well and improve it.

I DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION
I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I share it only with the services that help me run my business (such as payment processing, booking, email, and website hosting), and only as much as they need to do that job. I may also share information if the law requires it.

PAYMENTS
When you pay on this site, your payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. They handle your card details under their own privacy and security policies. I receive confirmation of your payment and your order details, never your full card number.

COOKIES
Like most websites, this site uses cookies, small files saved by your browser. They keep things like checkout and login working and help me understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, such as checkout, may not work without them.

FREE AUDIOBOOK DOWNLOADS
Hardcover book owners can download the companion audio from the /audio page. I do not ask for personal information to use that page.

YOUR CHOICES
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you at any time. Just email me and I’ll take care of it.

HOW I PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
I use reputable, secure services to run this site and take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. No website can promise perfect security, but I take your trust seriously.

CHILDREN
This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information. Coaching for younger students is arranged with a parent or guardian.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If I update this policy, I’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
